Dan is a title underwriter for Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined the title industry in 1989 and his experience includes agency title searcher, underwriter, settlement officer, and production manager for title agencies as well as Commonwealth Land Title and Stewart Title. In 2006, Dan joined Chicago Title as an agency and direct title production manager. After the acquisition of Lawyers Title and Commonwealth Land Title in 2009, he assumed the Western Pennsylvania manager’s role for TitleWave Real Estate Solutions until 2019 when he assumed his current role.

Dan graduated from Point Park College (now University) with a B.A. in journalism and communications, and a minor in psychology. He also received a certificate of completion from Duquesne University’s American Bar Association paralegal program in 2000. Dan is a former licensed registered title agent and notary.
Dan resides 9 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh with his wife and four daughters (three of whom are triplets) and, as an Eagle Scout, he enjoys many outdoor activities.
