Dave is Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Prior to joining the NCS in 2021, he practiced with a local law firm with a focus on real estate as well as estates and trust issues. Dave represented a variety of clients including homeowners, real estate investors, and nonprofit corporations. In his current role, he prepares title commitments based on analysis of title searches, reviews surveys and other documentation to determine an appropriate level of coverage on title insurance policies. Dave also works with buyers and sellers to determine practical solutions to title issues.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He resides in Bethel Park with his wife Elizabeth and Cersei the cat. Dave enjoys reading, particularly historical nonfiction.
