Erin Fagnilli is Manager of Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She began her career in the title insurance industry in 1994 with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in Pittsburgh. After obtaining her law degree, Erin worked for two law firms in Pittsburgh as a Real Estate Associate before returning to the title insurance industry in 2003 when she joined Chicago Title. Since then, she has held numerous positions for both the Direct Commercial Operations and Agency Operations in Pittsburgh.

Erin is the co-author of the book: Fagnilli, Erin M. and Kosir, Jr., Frank. Fagnilli and Kosir on Deeds: Fundamentals of Deed Drafting and Recording. Mechanicsburg: Pennsylvania Bar Institute, 2014. Print; 2nd Edition, published in 2016 and 3rd Edition, published in 2019. She also serves as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute and Pennsylvania Bar Institute programs. Additionally, Erin is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, 3/3 Program. She also received her Juris Doctor in 1995 from Duquesne University School of Law. Erin resides in Kennedy Township with her husband, Tony, and is a drag racing enthusiast who enjoys traveling with the Fagnilli Motorsports team.
