Mary E. Callipare is Settlement Officer for Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Mary joined the Pittsburgh NCS in September of 2005. As a settlement officer, Mary closes, funds and manages recordings for Pennsylvania residential and commercial transactions. Mary also serves as a Pennsylvania Public Notary. Prior to her work at Chicago Title, Mary held a position at Country Wide, a local mortgage banking company where she was Assistant Vice President of Correspondent Lending and managed a staff of 40-60 people.
