Carey O’Neil is Settlement Officer for Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. After spending seven years working for a local title agent of the Company as a settlement officer, Carey started with Chicago Title as a closing coordinator in January of 2007. Currently, Carey closes both residential and commercial transactions locally as well as nationally. In an effort to assist underwriters, she also prepares title commitments and final policies. Carey has been a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries since 2000.

Carey holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies as well as a Bachelor’s degree in legal studies.
