Tom serves as Commercial Sales Executive for Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He has worked in the title insurance industry since 2010 as a recruiter for one of the largest independent title agencies in the country. Tom used his joy of teaching and sharing his knowledge through webinars discussing various talent acquisition and human resources topics within the industry. Joining the NCS in 2022, he works to grow and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients by providing the highest level of service. Tom is a natural problem-solver and enjoys finding solutions to help clients’ businesses excel.

Tom is Vice Chair of the Communication Committee for PLTA handling marketing and all communication on the PLTA’s behalf and serves on the Convention Committee. He is also on the ALTA Talent Committee that collaborates on HR issues affecting the industry, including employee recruitment, employee retention, and employee development.
Tom has a BS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and an MBA from Waynesburg University. He resides in Zelienople, Pennsylvania with his wife and children. Tom is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and boating. He also plays golf, football, and hockey.
