Tracy Hobby is Settlement Officer for Chicago Title’s Pittsburgh National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined Chicago Title in 2012 and handles both local residential and commercial transactions.

As a seasoned title professional with over 20 years of industry experience, I endeavor to not only provide my clients with upscale service on any given transaction but also work to initiate and strengthen long-standing relationships within our market.
Prior to joining Chicago Title, Tracy worked as a loan processor, escrow officer, closing manager and, finally, VP of Operations for a Tennessee title company where she managed a staff of nine and focused on client development as well as performing customary settlement duties for four years. Tracy co-founded and managed a new title agency in Tennessee for five years prior to moving to Pittsburgh in 2010 where she worked for a local agency of Chicago Title as a closing coordinator.
Tracy is a member of the National Notary Association and serves as a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Notary Public. She also earned a Real Estate Title Insurance Certificate in 1993 from the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute and a Real Estate Title Insurance Certificate in 1994 from the Land Title Institute.
